Two months ago the CEO of a large company told me “I never want to go back into the office and I sure as hell am never getting on an airplane again unless it is absolutely necessary.” She has been in the top tier of the United mileage program for that past 4 years. A few days later my niece, a recent college graduate told her dad, “I hate working from home. It is so lonely. I have no connection with the business or the people who work there.”
